The University of Split's Student Union noticed the demand for extending the library's working hours for students. Some students are forced to study there for private reasons, some work best studying in the library, some can only study in the evening or at night because its their nature, some work and study, so can study only at night or on weekends.

Weekend learning is posible starting from February, so now the library is open Saturdays 9 am to 7 pm, and Sundays (when it is not open at all) 9 am to 2 pm. A place in the weekend reading room must be reserved via the online form.
