COMMITTEE FOR STATE AWARDS FOR SCIENCE, appointed by the Decision of the Croatian Parliament at its 2nd session held on December 16, 2021, RULED ON AWARDING STATE AWARDS FOR SCIENCE FOR 2020.

Among other winners, we congratulate on this occasion, three of awarded colleagues were from University of Split.

Lifetime Achievement Award in the field of technical sciences went to prof. Frano Barbir Ph.D., professor emeritus, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Split.

Annual award for science in the field of social sciences went to prof. Dario Miočević Ph.D., Faculty of Economics, University of Split.

Annual award for research assistants in the field of social sciences went to Barbara Gilić, mag. cin., Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Split.

These colleagues also received our university’s awards.
