Split Faculty of Law’s traditional symposium Croatian-French Days of Administrative Law finished

Faculty of Law’s in Split traditional symposium, Croatian-French Administrative Days of Law, a two-day international symposium, was officially opened on September 15 at the Mediterranean Institute for Life Research (MedILS). This is the 16th year this conference is taking place and after two pandemic years and online setting, it once again gathered distinguished legal experts from Croatia and France in one place. This year, the main theme "Quality of legal norm with special reference to administrative law - La qualite du droit".

Assoc. prof. Ratko Brnabić Ph.D., Split Faculty of Law’s dean, extended his welcome to all gathered, as well as assoc. prof. Željko Radić Ph.D., University of Split’s vice-rector for legal affairs, who emphasized the importance this long-standing symposium has for both the Faculty as the whole University.

The symposium is organized by University of Split, Faculty of Law, Panthéon Assas University, Paris II, Republic of France’s State Council, Croatian Government’s Office for Legislation, Republic of Croatia’s High Administrative Court, R. Schuman Centre for European Documentation and Research, with the support of Croatian Constitutional Court, French Embassy in Croatia, the Split-Dalmatia County, the City of Split, and is sponsored by Croatian Ministry of Justice and Administration.
