On Friday, November 26, University of Split’s Rector, prof. Dragan Ljutić Ph.D., and director of the Integrative Research Institute for Sciences at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, prof. Jürgen P. Rabe Ph.D., signed an agreement defining cooperation between Split’s Centre of Excellence for Science and Technology - Integration of the Mediterranean Region (STIM-REI) and the Berlin Institute, setting foundations for future development.

Among other things, these institutions will cooperate on scientific projects, exchange students and professors, but also organize conferences, making a joint contribution to developing science in these two institutions and beyond.

The signing of the contract was attended by prof. Leandra Vranješ Markić Ph.D., Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, and prof. Vlasta Bonačić-Koutecký Ph.D., Head of STIM-REI.
