The University of Split's Public Competition for the Visual Identity Design's jury selected six authors or teams who will participate in the further course of the Competition. They are: Design Bureau Izvorka Jurić, đkć, Filburg, Linear studio, NovoST and Sensus Design Factory. WE INVITE ANY OTHER INTERESTED AUTHORS AND TEAMS to participate and attend an online ORAL BRIEFING scheduled to be held Thursday, February 24, starting at 2 pm via Zoom. Total prize fund amounts to HRK 90,000, gross. Deadline for submitting proposals is April 15, 2022, 5 pm.

Selected invited competitors

A total of 48 authors or teams expressed an interest in participating in University of Split’s Visual Identity Design Competition, as invited competitors. Competition’s Jury consisting of Kažimir Hraste, Tina Ivezić, Tomislav Kilić, Ivana Pletković, Viktor Popović, Damir Prizmić and Narcisa Vukojević, based on portfolios and interested competitors’ references, selected six as invited authors or teams:

• Filburg (Andrej Filetin, Mila Marina Burger, Joanna Pellizer)

• Linear studio (Nora Mojaš, Made Miličević)

• NovoST (Damir Bralić, Milan Sivački)

• Sensus Design Factory (Kristina and Nedjeljko Spoljar)

The institutions announcing the Competition (University of Split) and administering it (Croatian Designers Association) congratulate the selected invited competitors, thank everyone else for their interest in participating, and hereby invite all those who were not selected, as well as any other interested parties to participate in the further course of the competition.

Those invited competitors who will not win the prize, but do submit their works in the prescribed period, will be paid compensation in the gross amount of HRK 8,000.00 per competitor, regardless of number of submitted works.

Invitation to an oral briefing

An oral briefing will be held via ZOOM on Thursday, February 24, 2022. starting at 2 p.m. Participation is not mandatory

The oral briefing is organized in order to better inform competitors on the actual task and provides an opportunity for all those who are interested to ask additional questions to representatives of the institution announcing the competition and members of the Jury.

All interested competitors who wish to participate in the oral briefing must register by e-mail, to competitor@dizajn.hr no later than Wednesday, February 23 by 8 pm. The mail should be entitled "Competition UNIST_registring participation". Prior to the briefing, all participants will receive an invitation and necessary access information.

Competitors who will not be able to attend can send their questions in advance to competition@dizajn.hr. Emails should be entitled "Questions - UNIST Competition" and sent no later than the deadline for registring. Questions received by e-mail before the briefing that could be of interest to more competitors will be answered there, and answers published on www.dizajn.hr, omitting names of competitors who asked the question. Answers to other questions will be sent by e-mail only to competitors who asked them.
