University of Split’s Department of Health Studies and Split Clinical Hospital Centre organized first category course "School of Infectology ST-2023".

The course was held March 30 - April 1, 2023 at University Department of Health Studies, Ruđer Boškovića 35, and was intended for doctors of family medicine, paediatricians, doctors for infectious diseases, emergency medicine, general practitioners, residents and specialists in other fields, especially those participating in the work of emergency hospital admissions.

Goal of the course is education in recognizing, diagnosing and treating most common infectious syndromes in health care offices and emergency hospital admissions with prevention of infectious diseases. In addition to infectious disease specialists, lecturers were doctors in other specialties who participate in diagnosing and treating infectious patients as well as taking care of certain infectious diseases’ complications.
