A meeting on the establishment of a joint doctoral study Marine and Maritime Science and Technology in the framework of SEA EU Alliance took place at the Faculty of Maritime studies, on June 20 and 21. The University of Split, that is, prof. Merica Slišković Ph.D. and assoc. prof. Marko Katalinić Ph.D. from Faculty of Maritime studies, is in charge of the activity, with coordination of University's Office for SEA-EU Project Implementation.

An interesting and rich two-day program was prepared for meeting participants coming from universities of Brest, Malta, Cadiz, Nord and Algarve, and at its beginning, Prof. Zoran Đogaš Ph.D., Vice-rector for international and cooperation with the local community, and prof. Pero Vidan Ph.D., Faculty of Maritime studies in Split’s Dean.
