Lecture by Michael Saran - owner of Grand Hotel Lav and Odien group: “Personal view on finding balance and happiness in life"

Career Planning and Development Centre, University of Split’s Career Management Office and Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, in cooperation with Grand Hotel Lav ltd., are organizing a lecture by Michael Saran, owner of Le Méridien Lav resort and the Odien group, on the topic "Personal view on finding balance and happiness in life".

Saran graduated from Stanford University, double degree in economics and international relations, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. Michael Saran also founded Sport2Life, foundation aimed at supporting education, development and health of young people with their participation in organized sports. As part of Sport2Life activities and promoting healthy lifestyle and active living, Saran cycled from Prague to Split (1200 km) in 10 days four years in a row, and kayaked along the Adriatic coast from Savudrija to Prevlaka, covering more than 750 kilometers in 10 days.
