We have had another successful Hack4Split social hackathon which aimed to find and implement socially useful solutions for local community’s well-being and progress, using advantages of modern technology! This year's Hack4Split brought together as many as 10 teams with 45 participants who worked on various social issues in a cheerful and proactive atmosphere.

Creative prizes were awarded for best solutions. The team "Ask a Student", whose members are mostly still in high school, for their efforts and proactivity was awarded a special prize as an incentive, in the form of additional educations and trainings in business and IT. "HealthPlus" team showed the greatest progress and commitment over hackathon’s two days, so were awarded in the "most productive team" category. “Nerthus” team won the award in the “team with best design” category. After that, three best projects developed in the hackathon were announced, in the following order:

• teams "Evala" and "Fish4All" shared the first place

• second place went to team "PY-BO"

• third place to the team "SeaID"

Special thanks go to sponsors who provided prizes for the best teams and supported hackathon’s organization - Dobar tek, Wolt, OTP banka d.d., Nova Eurospectra, The Daltonist Craft Bar, The Works Coworking, SmartNinja Croatia, Mirakul Education Center, ZIP line Split and Breaktime Nautical.
