Faculty of Economics will hold, for the first time in Croatia, Executive Program intended for the business community

Faculty of Economics Dean, assoc. prof. Vinko Muštra Ph.D. and Tanja Dressen, director at Dressen Coaching and German expert in developing leadership skills, on October 11 at a press conference, presented their education program for existing and future leaders in the business community, the so-called Executive Program for Southeast Europe.

According to Dean Muštra, the program will be an excellent opportunity for additional learning and training our businessmen. There is already a big interest in the program, not only in Croatia, but it is also recognized throughout Europe and some other continents.

Our goal is to provide an opportunity for managers in Croatia to improve their skills and learn from people who hold top positions in corporations around the world. Such educations are normal in America, but we still lack this type of lifelong education. In this way, we can become even more competitive - Tanja Dressen said.

The Executive Program is unique program for educating existing and future leaders that the Faculty of Economics is launching with Tanja Dressen and her colleagues from the world's leading universities, such as Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, HEC Paris and Cambridge

Lectures and seminars will cover topics such as green technology, FinTech, developing leadership skills, building successful businesses, neuropsychological leadership and many other current topics. Lecturers come from all over the world, such as Silicon Valley, Dubai and Paris.
