The exhibition project Painting and what can it do: Generation 2021 presents diploma works of the Art Academy’s Painting Department students, University of Split. It includes exhibitions to be presented in Split, Osijek and Zagreb.

Five graduates from the Split Academy of Arts’ Painting Department will take part in this year's project: Davor Drčelić, Ivan Jerončić Grba, Ivo Mateljak, Mia Minigo and Ivona Pupačić.

This project is extremely important because it connects the young artistic population of Croatian cities. Current students/graduates will soon be driving social change, so it is important to provide them with conditions for getting to know and connect with each other.

Works of graduates from assist. prof. Vedran Perkov’s class will be presented in the exhibition.

Assist. prof. Blaženka Perica Ph.D. is mentoring theory in all diploma works.

Assoc. prof. Ivan Kolovrat is mentoring photography.

The exhibition will be open until March 18, 2022.
