The Association of Family and Small Hotels of Croatia's president, Šime Klarić, and Split Faculty of Economics’ Dean, assoc. prof. Vinko Muštra Ph.D., signed an agreement by which the two institutions establish business cooperation, in the area of ​​science and higher education, on the basis of which the Association becomes an organization where Faculty’s students can complete their traineeships.

As stipulated in the agreement, the Association, as a host organization and by connecting science, practical and research work, will organize for Faculty of Economics’ students part of teaching or traineeships, for the purpose of acquiring concrete knowledge and skills. The Association will appoint experts - mentors who will educate students for practical work, accompany them in acquiring specific knowledge and skills, and evaluate their success.

Croatian Family and Small Hotels Association, which has 146 hotels from all over Croatia in its membership, aims to improve family and small hotels’ conditions of running business.
