University of Split, as part of The European University of the Seas (SEA-EU) Alliance, is organizing the first conference on Socially Beneficial Learning. It is entitled "Community-engaged University" and will take place May 20, 2022, at the University of Split.

The conference’s aim is to bring together policy makers, teachers, researchers, students and practitioners experienced in Socially Beneficial Learning (SBU) so they can share good practices and raise awareness of the importance of creating an engaged university.

We therefore invite everyone experienced with the applying SBU, to participate in any way they like, such as: with a paper, give interviews, present their curricula with a SBU component, posters, reports, case studies, etc. (no restrictions). All submitted papers following the given form will be published in the online conference proceedings.

We emphasize that participation in the conference is free.
