Blue Talks session: “One Planet One Ocean: From Science to Solutions"

Blue Talks is a series of short on-line events focused on the topic of a blue economy organised by the SEA-EU. Talks are delivered in the form of a one-hour webinar where an expert in the topic presents the state of play in the specific field and participants are invited to contribute with questions and comments for the Q&A session.

Avan Antia trained as a marine biologist, turned to ocean biogeochemistry, then took a career curve to postgraduate education and diverted into global literacy. She likes nothing better than to deeply understand something and think of the simplest and most elegant and fun ways of communicating this. After short careers in science, in developing innovative doctoral education and a few years with the MOOC, she eager for the next creative challenge to show up.
