Prof. Alexa Klettner Ph.D. from the University of Kiel panelist in the eighth webinar within SEA-EU Blue talks

The eighth lecture in the SEA-EU Blue talks cycle will take place June 9, at 1 pm via Zoom. Alexa Klettner Ph.D., a professor at the Kiel University, will be the main speaker and talk about the under-explored topics of complex marine products, such as Fucoidan, which is used in the cosmetics industry, food technology, etc.
Prof. Klettner's rich experience can be of great interest to all those who work developing products from marine resources and find the wide range of applicability of complex marine products particularly interesting.
