On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, "Sustainable HR for Modern Model of Administration of HEIs" was opened, as part of SEA-EU 2.0 project. University of Gdańsk is hosting the event and other participants are partners from European Maritime Universities Alliance. Goal of this event is to share experiences, talk and work towards a solution to the problems of modern business that administrative staff in higher education institutions face every day.

The program will last three days. First day will be on current state of the institutions they come from, as well as the challenges they encounter. Second day will have two workshops organized around promoting balance between private and business life. Third day, a workshop will be held on how to create a pleasant atmosphere at work and avoid stress.
