On Monday, October 25, 2021, in the Three Faculties’ building, Ana Teskera, B. Sc. Eng. food tech., manager of the cooperative brewery Brlog, gave the lecture entitled "From idea to realization: cooperative brewery Brlog".

Ana Teskera is a former KTF and University of Split’s student who has succeeded in private business and wishes to pass on her experience to future generation students.

With her friend Maja and a close team of friends, she started the cooperative and so enabled people simple participation and investing in the venture. Today, Brlog has 90 investing members who sometimes help with operational challenges.

Maja and Ana set up their brewery (by) recycling pieces of equipment from various sources using simple tools they had at home. With a drill, a huge pot and a set of hoses, pumps and small parts, they brewed the first Blondes (their brand of light beer). That was the first step.

Today, they are a company employing eight permanent workers, continuously growing year in year out, gathering top experts in their team and producing top beers.
